About Boxi
Boxi is a bundle of energy looking for a home which will provide her with the loyalty and consistent training she has so far missed out on in her young life. Boxi enjoys treats, already knows ‘sit’ and can’t wait to learn new things such as how to walk on a lead. She would also love to join her new family on outings and regular games of tug to ensure everyone gets their daily exercise!
Boxi absolutely loves other dogs, although she thinks jumping straight into rough and tumble play is the best way to get to make new canine friends. Boxi would suit a home which could teach her how to introduce herself to other dogs calmly so that they can work up to playing chase! Boxi’s enthusiasm also means she would best fit into an adult household.
If you’re looking for an active dog who will teach you as much as you teach her, then come in and meet the energetic Boxi!
Adoption details
The adoption process at the Companion Animal Facility is relatively easy. We ask that if you are interested in a animal, please attend our facility in Goulburn to meet the animal and the Ranger team so that we can make sure that the animal is the right match for you. We do not take expressions of interest over the phone or via email.
Once you have decided on which future pet you would like to adopt from the facility, all that is required by you is to make a payment at the Companion Animal Facility by either cash, cheque or eftpos, provide details for the microchip and registration paperwork and then pick up your future pet from the Council veterinary service provider once they have been de-sexed and vaccinated (Council staff will advise you when the animal is booked in at the veterinary clinic. This usually falls within 14 days of the purchase).
The following are the re-homing fees for dogs and cats,
Entire Dog - $265.00
De-sexed Dog (de-sexed by previous owner) - $165.00
Entire Cat - $185.00
De-sexed Cat (de-sexed by previous owner) - $115.00
The following is included with all sales,
Microchipping (identification details will be placed on the NSW Companion Animal Register)
Lifetime Registration (within NSW)
Vaccination
Worm Treatment
Vet Check
De-sexing (if required)
Please Note: All dogs and cats rescued from the Companion Animal Facility are required to be de-sexed. Dogs and cats will not be sold as entire under any circumstances.
Please Note: An animal listed on this page may already have had families express interest on the animal. Please contact us for further information.
