Bear

Mr. Bear first came to Amazing Grey's Greyhound Rescue as a sprightly 4-year old hound back in 2013. He found his forever home with a lovely couple who have doted on him and shared their home, hearts and couch for the past six years. Very sadly, Bear's adopted dad passed away recently and his adopted mum is struggling to take care of him on her own. She has asked Amazing Grey's if we can help him find a new forever home, where he can be loved and spoiled as he deserves.

Bear might be 10-years old now but he still has a lot of life and love to share. He loves going for his morning walk just as much as he loves lazing about for the rest of the day. He still loves to play a bit, and can often be found messing about with his favourite chew toy or ball.

Bear loves having his humans around but is also okay to chill out and snooze while his people are out of the house. He gets along with other dogs on walks but is used to getting all the attention in the home and would be happy to continue to be an only dog. Bear is a loyal and sweet boy and will reward his humans with his big heart and little snuggles.

All in all, Bear generally enjoys a quiet lifestyle so a home with older or no children would be best. Bear doesn't like to travel in the car much so would prefer to be a homebody then going off on weekend road trips. He's also a bit past his partying years, so a calm and chilled out family he can watch Netflix or listen to records with would be perfect.
