Winston

Hello, my name is Winston, and I am one special little kitten! I came into the shelter with 4 other kitten friends, but I was the most afraid of people. I have been in foster to help me gain trust around humans, which helped me a lot! I have since been working with staff and have made one special friend in particular, who I like so much I dribble when she pats me! I am shy of hands, unless they are coming low to pat my cheeks, and will initially run from scary noises and new people. My new family will need to be very patient with me, and continue to help me along my 'socialisation journey'. In saying this, when I know someone well enough, I will purr constantly and dribble, I LOVE scratches around my face, and will even begin to communicate with sweet little meows when I want attention. I do love the company of other kittens/cats and would much appreciate a feline friend to further my confidence in my new 'big boy home'. No children please, just a quiet and experienced person/couple, perhaps who have had timid cats before who need more time and patience than most.
