The Rock has a gorgeous puppy face that will make your heart melt as soon as you see it.
He has loads of energy and enjoys being around his family.
He is a staffy x bull terrier and is quite small and stocky
He likes to have plenty of attention and cuddles. He can often be seen sun baking in the backyard for hours a day and loves having a good chew on a bone. When he's inside he has to inspect every room of the house (multiple times) before he's happy to lay at your feet and sleep, we have had a few accidents in the house.
The Rock enjoys walks on the lead and pulls hard at first due to excitement but soon settles and generally walks well.
The Rock has had off leash play at the park, we keep him close while off leash, he listens well and does not go far. We have not socialised The Rock with other dogs apart from our female, they play well together and love each other however it did take around four days before he got along with our dog and now he's wonderful with her.
He used to get jealous and snap at our girl if she came close to us for a pat, he now understands that's rude and behaves himself.
If rock is to go to another home with a family it will take time for him to get used to them and then they will be best of friends
The Rock is a beautiful friend to our three children (10, 6 and 5) and absolutely loves being outside around them joining in on their games, he will sit and watch intensely beside them while they play and almost always tries to climb on their laps for hugs. He is gentle and does not jump up when greeting you and knows the sit and no command.
We have had no digging, chewing or barking issues with The Rock and we have truly loved having him as part of our family.
The Rock would suit a family with or without another dog as he is comfortable entertaining himself during the day.
We have not tested him with cats

We do not home male to male so please do not apply if you already have a male dog
