About Winter
Winter is a beautiful young cat who came into care 5 weeks ago heavily pregnant and very thin.
She was given a safe place to nest and give birth and gave us some beautiful kittens and has even become a surrogate Mumma to 3 orphaned kittens.
Winter loves being outside under close supervision and sitting on the couch with you.
She is very friendly and quiet and will follow you everywhere.
Within a few days of being in care she became the boss of the dogs in the house although she clearly enjoys their company, even letting the dogs carry her kittens around.

Winter will go to her new home with all her vet work completed which is desexed microchipped vaccinated worm/flea treated and also health checked

If you are interested in meeting one of our animals we would love to hear from you.
Please email us at poundrescue@yahoo.com with your phone number, a brief description of the family home you can offer - the number of adults and children in the home, other pets, how long the animal would be left on its own each day, whether your fencing is secure and so on. PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL TO US.
We try and answer all enquiries asap but you are welcome to follow up your email with a phone call to Mariette on 0404491918 or Debra on 0412 698 117. We will put you in touch with the animal's foster carer.
If an animal is adopted inter-state we can help organise transport . The cost of transport is paid by the adopting family.
All our animals are desexed, vaccinated, wormed and microchipped. Our adoption fee covers our basic costs.
