Hello friends, Spike is the name! I'm ready to get out of this place, will you take me home?? I'm a sweet little boy who is looking for a calm place to call home. I haven't had a lot of training so my owners will have to set some boundaries and help me learn some manners. I don't like being over handled, yet my coat needs a lot of attention. My new owners will have to help me get used to being brush and clipped if needed. Lots of positive training and treats please! I don't really like other dogs and have a lot to say when I see one. I need to learn some manners as apparently other dogs don't like being shouted at from across the street? weird...
I could possibly live with a calm dog in the future but for now, I need to be the only dog in the home to give me time to learn how to behave around them. I also need to live with older children 12+ as I don't like lots of fuss. I sometimes panic when left alone so living with someone who is retired or works part time would be amazing! I'm a smooch and love lap cuddles and will be a great little dog for someone who puts the time and effort into my training.
