Hello, I'm Rosie, are you my new human? I really hope you are. I am the sweetest little Kelpie girl you could ever hope to meet. I am not a very high energy girl, I am extremely affectionate and I am so gentle and loving that I make friends with every dog and person I meet! Nobody can believe that a girl like me is homeless but until recently I was in the pound. Don't feel bad though, the rangers loved me and they always gave me lots of attention. It is because of them that I was able to become a KPR kid. How cool is that? I am only 2 years old and quite small for a Kelpie. I only weigh 13 kg and I am around knee high.
