Hi my name is Shuri and I am named after the Princess Warrior from the movie Black Panther.
My foster family say that I am a perfect puppy! I love hanging out with my foster brother and sister Jack Russell’s - I like to play and I have a curious nature - I explore everything confidently. My foster sister lets me sleep in her bed which my foster family thinks is amazing because she can sometimes be grumpy - I am a pretty easy going girl. I love playing chase and enjoy a good tug of war! My foster parents keep saying how clever I am! Already I sit to wait for a treat and I hear everything! Nothing seems to worry me - the first time I wore a collar I didn’t mind at all. I am going to be a medium dog and like activities but also like a cuddle. Being such a beautiful girl - I have the softest, smoothest coat - surrounded by lots of love, I spend time with my foster family who have two teenage children- I give them lots of kisses and hugs! I am very friendly and have just met another rescue dog who is a lab x and we have become instant friends - I’m super friendly. I need a loving family who can give me lots of attention and would prefer a friend to play with. I look forward to meeting you. Love Shuri 🐶❤️--

1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first phone interview , preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.

Can I come anytime to pick a dog
We are NOT A SHELTER
The rescue operates from a team of volunteers that care for these babies in their homes in a family environment to ensure we can fully see what kind of temperament they have in a home.
This way we can we can ensure that the details we provide are as accurate as possible

Can I pay for the dog over the phone or put a puppy on hold?
No, we are adopting out live animals, it would be
highly irresponsible to adopt out an animal without everyone meeting.

Are our puppies aggressive?
NO, they are only babies and are not aggressive

What are they blended with?
We are unsure as our animals are rescued.
We describe our dogs as best we can under vets advise

Are the pups good with children?
We need to ask if your kids are okay around pets. Our puppies are
fostered in loving homes, they really are only babies who have no
issues. Though like all puppies, they will benefit from training and a loving family home.
