It's me Bowie!

Hello everypawdy. I know it's been a long time since my last update so I just wanted to let you know how I'm going.
I am ready for adoption but only to someone who can continue the treatments I've been on.

I've gained a lot of spunk since being in care, I'm sassy, chatty and full of beans. I love to play a lot now and even wrestle with my foster siblings. I love my food so much that I demand it 😂
My foster mum says I walk really well on lead. I have a lot of stamina even though I'm nearly 11. I enjoy car rides too but I always think we've arrived when we stop at a red light and so i start barking it's so funny!!!

I love kids of all ages an I’m fully toilet trained. I like other dogs so I’d like a friend to play with but I don’t like cats.

Because of my allergies I'm on an injection to help build up my immunity to allergens which has to be given to me every three weeks. I'm also on a tablet everyday called apoquel to help stop my itchiness too. I need bathing every two weeks just to keep my skin fresh as well. I will need to continue to see the dermatologist every few months to see how I'm going, my foster mum will come to those as well, but I promise even though thats a lot to take on I will give you so much love and cuddles in return.

All medical treatments and appointments to do with bowies skin issues will be financially taken care of by New Beginnings until she at maintenance level.

We will need someone who is based in the south eastern suburbs to adopt her as her specialists are based here. We also ask that whoever is thinking of adopting Bowie must know that we will be staying involved in all of medical treatments as she goes. If this sounds like you then please apply Via the link.
