About Pip DL2155
Pip is a sweet, well-mannered girl who loves her humans.
She enjoys long walks, games of tug, and cuddles. She loves food and eats her dinner very fast, even in a puzzle bowl. Her favourite treats have been bananas, peanut butter, and bacon... though she's not keen on carrot!
Pip is highly intelligent and has been very receptive to her training. She knows “sit”, “down”, “wait”, "eat", “stay”, “come”, and is working on “heel”. She is very excitable when walking and can react to things that move (other dogs, bikes, etc.), so you will need to continue her lead training.
At home, Pip is quiet and relaxed; she is quite content lazing on her bed in the sunshine. However, she loves nice LONG walks and will be sure to let you know if the walk was too short.
She is well behaved indoors and likes to be wherever you are; she'll follow you from room to room, just to make sure she doesn't miss any pats. She enjoys play wrestling with her humans, but it's not long before she's ready to rest on her bed again!
Pip isn't a big fan of smaller dogs or cats. She may be okay with a large male dog, pending introduction. Otherwise, she is more than content to have all the pats to herself! She would love a place with a nice yard to play in.
If you'd love to meet our beautiful Pip, email DFLadoption@gmail.com today to apply.
Medical notes
Pip is medicated for urinary incontinence. She has one tablet every 10 days, at ~$25 for 30 tablets. This could change, but this dosage of medication currently manages her condition well.
