Maisie

Hello, my name is Maisie. I was brought to the shelter as a young mum with my adorable little kittens, who are all still in foster care. I decided that I was done being a mum, they're just so exhausting! As you can see, they've taken a lot out of me, so I am currently trying to get my figure back and gain a little bit of weight. I am a quiet presence at the shelter, preferring to watch the world go by from the safety of my shelf. I stand up and purr and rub against you once you approach me! I am looking for a quiet home to settle in to, one that is free of loud noises and prefers the quieter hobbies. I would like to find a home with sensible new people (children considered, depending on interactions in the shelter), but I would ultimately like a companion that is not fussed with a quiet cat. I get a little nervous around other animals at the shelter, but have been polite with the few that I have met, I could potentially live with another pet, as long as slow and proper introductions are made. I would like to be indoors only please, the outside world is too much for me!
