About Daisy
Daisy was an unwanted mum cat who came in with her litter. All her kittens have been adopted but she's still looking for a home to call her own. She's a spectacularly pretty torbie (tabby & ginger) with white feet, and little white cheeks. She's not scared around people but really doesn't like being touched, which we're currently working on with crate training and desensitisation. She still doesn't like to be touched on her back but will cope with a cheek and head scritch. Daisy has a very playful side and happily bats around her toys and plays with the kittens. She does have a secret though... one night the foster carer woke up and Daisy was in bed next to her being stroked in her sleep. It gave both of them quite a fright when they realised what was happening!
Daisy is a scaredy and we offer full support and training for anyone willing to take her on and work with her, either as a long term foster carer or as an adopter. Scardies like Daisy will give their heart to the person who puts the effort and love into them - and to no-one else. So if you want a cat who is all about you, Daisy is waiting for you!
Daisy is a healthy cat who has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (microchip #956000010542674). She is available for adoption right now! Source code: EE101165
------------------------------------------------------
To adopt a cat from Cat People you'll be required to have a remote or in-person house check done, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Cats from our group are all are vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being taken home by their adopters. Additionally, all of our cats have been evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and well socialised. Please note: all Cat People cats and kittens are indoor only, this is not negotiable.
We will communicate with you through every step of the adoption process to ensure that your experience (and the cat's) is excellent and that you are confident in your decision to adopt a feline companion. Returns are only accepted due to health issues confirmed by a veterinarian.
We only accept adoptions from people with residency in Australia. If you are on a work or student visa, talk to us about fostering with the group instead!
