Josie

Pretty Josie came into care when her owner/breeder died. When she arrived she was covered in literally HUNDREDS of bush ticks......inside her ears were literally black with them, and we needed to shave her lovely coat right back to be sure they were all gone. The poor girl has had many litters in her life and is a shy little girl. She does however now love a pat and a cuddle.
Josie loves the other dogs in foster care with her, and gets on well with all of them.
She would like her forever family to be home more often than not with her, and really enjoy having her as part of the family. She travels beautifully in the car, and is quickly learning that going for a walk is something to enjoy.
Please tell us as much as possible about yourself. Do you have children? Any other pets? How long would Josie be alone during the day, if at all?
