Duncan and Harry 🐶🐶 bonded pair (Trial 11/5/19)

Are you ready for double the love and fun? Duncan (the black dog) is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel x Poodle and Harry (the white dog) is a Maltese x Shih Tzu. We estimate their ages to be between 6 and 7 years. They are best mates 💕 and need to stay together.

They are the sweetest, most affectionate little boys you'd ever wish to meet. They are both well housetrained. They sit when asked and walk beautifully on lead. They keep each other company and are fine home alone when you go to work. They're not nuisance barkers. It's very amusing to watch them playing and wrestling together.

Their most endearing habit is begging with both paws together, like praying 🙏. Harry does it while sitting up and Duncan does it while lying down. It will melt your heart and make you smile very time. They loooove going for a walk and get excited when you say the "w" word or pick up a lead.

They are fine with chickens in a pen but will protect your garden from wild birds that fly in. They're gentle with children. They're in foster care with two other little dogs and are great with them.

Duncan and Harry have low shedding coats which need regular brushing, bathing (every few weeks) and clipping (every 4 to 8 weeks) to keep them comfortable and oh so handsome.

Duncan and Harry came into care by no fault of their own. Their owners were moving and couldn't take them. They advertised them on Gumtree and gave them to someone with a cat. When the dogs chased their cat, their new owner surrendered them to Dog Rescue Newcastle for rehoming.

Duncan and Harry are looking for a home without any of those pesky purring creatures 🐱😊. They need to be welcome indoors and sleep indoors. They currently sleep in a bedroom in a dog bed together. Any children in the house should be school age or older. They need a daily walk and plenty of love, attention and belly rubs. They will give you lots and lots of love and devotion in return 💖.

They are available for adoption interstate but you must come to meet them.

Duncan and Harry's adoption fee is $800 for the pair and they are desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.
