About Scout DL2162
Scout is a dear little man who needs lots of love and reassurance. He is very gentle and sweet, LOVES walks and loves being with humans.
He is great on and off the lead, will follow you around the park, and comes when called. He is good with other dogs, and children who are old enough to treat him gently. He is content sleeping at your feet when you work or watch TV. He will basically follow you around and be wherever you are.
He can live with another dog; however he doesn't like being left home alone, so would suit someone who is home most of the time, and can help him overcome his nervousness. You should also be committed to his ongoing grooming and coat care.

Adoption details
ADOPTION:
1. Email DFLadoption@gmail.com to contact our Adoption Team & we will send you an expression of interest form to return
2. Successful applicants will then have a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer, along with a volunteer home visit & fence check, before beginning a trial period with the dog to ensure a great match for all involved.
DFL dogs are vaccinated, micro chipped & desexed prior to adoption (or at 6 months as a condition of adoption).
FOSTER:
If a dog is listed as "Foster Carer Needed", they are looking for a temporary home in Perth metro while their vet work is completed and while they wait for their forever home. They may also be fostered with the view to adoption. Please email us for more information.

2. Foster care applicants will then have a volunteer home visit & fence check, and a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer/rescue representative, before commencing foster care.
