About Cadbury
A chocolate dream!
Cadbury is a very handsome boy with gorgeous eyes that will melt your heart. He has a gentle and smoochy nature and this means he loves nothing more than being cuddled. His favourite thing to do is collapse in his carers lap for snuggle time. Cadbury gets a big smile on his face whenever he gets pats and attention from his people. Like a typical puppy, Cadbury also likes to play and he happily runs around with his squeaky toy.
Cadbury is in care with one of his sisters and socialises well with other puppies. He enjoys playing with his friends, especially if there is a rope or other toy for them to vie over. Around older dogs he is curious and respectful. At the moment Cadbury is happy to spend part of his day napping after a play but as he gets older he is expected to become moderately active. He will require daily exercise and like all puppies he will need ongoing positive socialisation with other dogs.
During his time in care, Cadbury has been progressing very well with his training. He is toilet trained and will sit by the door when he needs to go out during the day. Cadbury can sit on command and will sit waiting for his dinner as well. He is working on learning ‘stay’ at the moment. It is important that his new family are committed to furthering his training as he will have much more to learn as he grows up. Cadbury travels well in the car, is compliant to bath and even copes with a blow dry.
We are looking for a dog experienced home where Cadbury will be a part of the family. He is suitable as an only dog if someone is home most of the day, otherwise he will require another suitable dog for companionship. Cadbury should be allowed inside to be a part of the family and will need a warm comfy bed to sleep on inside at night. As he is young it is expected that he should be able to be integrated with other pet types with the appropriate guidance. Whoever makes this little guy a part of his family will receive endless love in return.
If you would like to apply to adopt Cadbury then please go to the Fetching Dogs website and complete a dog adoption enquiry form as the first step.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
