About Miriam
*Poor Miriam has been readvertised after her adoptive parent cancelled the adoption! So through no fault of her own, she has been waiting for weeks in foster care for her adopter to arrange transport, only to have to start looking for her family all over again.*
Miriam came into care after her back-yard breeder owner died. She needed a flea and tick treatment when she arrived, but wasn’t troubled as badly as some of the other dogs who arrived with her.
She is such a super happy girl, who makes friends with every human she meets, and has fitted in beautifully with the other dogs in my home.
Miriam travels really well in the car, and is discovering what great fun going for a walk is!! She had obviously never had a leash on in her life, but now is excited when the leash appears, although does still pull to begin with. She would definitely like her forever family to have another dog, and now she is enjoying a walk, she needs this to continue to be a daily adventure.
She is very good with children, and would love her family to be home most of the time.
We are located in Moree, northern NSW. If we are too far away for you to travel, then we have daily flights to Sydney and beyond, as well as fortnightly road transport. Both of these options are easy to arrange at new owners cost.
Please tell us what you can offer Miriam. What does your life look like? Do you have children? Any pets? How long would Miriam be alone during the day, if at all?
