About Orca (now Bean Moodie Green)
Orca is a bottle raised babe, arriving into her foster mummas care at just 6 days old. As a result she has been raised with lots of human contact, travelling everywhere with her foster mum and siblings. Orca has only ever slept inside and knows the comfort of an inside life, it would be important to Orca that this continues. She is not a pup that should be left at home alone in a yard for hours on end. She would love nothing more to go on the morning coffee runs, hang at work with you and weekends away all sound amazing to her! She wants to be part of the family that adopts her.
While Orcas brothers and sisters have all been adopted into the most perfect of homes, Orca is yet to be so lucky and we are unsure as to why. I mean take a look at her.... 😍
This long legged beauty is a joy to have, she is crate trained, sleeping over night without a peep, she is also used to using a playpen as well! Orca is smart, she picks things up quickly, given that she is food driven she finds training and working for her treats fun! She has a great sense of humour and finds games hilarious! Often whoooo wooooing to add to the fun during "fetch" and other games.
Orca finds exuberant and over the top dogs a little too much. Her ideal doggy friend would be someone who loves to wrestle and play bitey face, but is also polite and doesn't play too rough!
Orca has lived with 4 adult dogs of all sizes, her very fave being a polite Bull Arab cross, they often curl up and sleep together after playing, she also knows all about living with cats, her 18 year old kitty house mate has kept her in-line!
Orca is going to be a tall and lean girl, she will need training and socialising, and like all puppies she is learning the rules of life, having said that Orca is soft and sensitive and a gentle and kind hand is required. She is smart and when awake she is busy and likes to learn and investigate! She very well behaved and if time out is required she will happily spend time in her playpen/crate
Orca would do best in a home with a sensible dog and older children who have been around dogs before. She is going to be big, so toddlers etc might be a little overwhelmed by the fast growing and lanky girl Orca is.
Orca is sweetheart and a real superstar, she will be one incredible dog and will be an amazing family member
Oh also.... she is getting wirey, little whiskers on her face! Way too cute for words!
