During the last fortnight adorable Porsha was surrendered to our Rescue. Due to unfortunate circumstances, her family had to make a heartbreaking decision, and as hard as it was, ultimately the right decision for Porsha was made.

Porsha has undergone her veterinary work and she has had her required surgery which included nostril widening and everted laryngeal saccule removal. It has been noted by our veterinarians and Porsha's foster carer, that she does have hearing loss.

Porsha is currently being treated for Mange and is expected to stay in foster care for approximately four weeks or until given the all clear by our vets. In the meantime, we would like to start our search for her forever home. 🧐

▪️ AGE: 8 years old

▪️ BREED: Pug

▪️ LOCATION: NSW

▪️ KIDS: Loves kids

▪️ CATS: Good with cats

▪️ ONGOING TREATMENT: Once successfully treated, Porsha will require one Bravetco tablet every quarter and a medicated bath once every few weeks.

Porsha will also need to be on strict weight loss management to ensure the unnecessary weight comes off and it does not impact on her joints or on her breathing. ⏲

▪️ IDEAL HOME: Porsha loves to be part of the family and involved in day to day activities. She adores kids and being part of their lives (she'll even happily have a shower with them 😍), as well as having the companionship of another four legged companions 🐕.

Porsha knows her basic commands, enjoys going for walks, as well as going to the beach 🏖. She rides well in the car and is the most behaved passenger. Porsha requires to be an inside Pug with access to the backyard and with a family whereby someone is home often.
