About Toby
When poor little Toby first arrived from the Pound, he appeared deaf.
During his bath, we soon found out why he was hard of hearing - his little ears were packed tight with blood sucking ticks, right down into the ear canal. Once they were all removed - dozens of them, Toby acted like someone whose cochlear implant has been turned on and they’re hearing sound for the first time. He was so excited, cocking his head this way and that and jumping around!
Toby’s a friendly boy with both people and other dogs. In true puppy fashion, he loves to play, then play some more. He’s enjoying his little walks around the garden on leash and learning to sit for his meals.
We don’t know what’s in Toby’s breeding specifically, but he’s a small terrier mix, weighing 3.8 kilos.
He’s in care at Moree, NSW. Moree has daily flights to Sydney and further afield.
Medical notes
Vet checked, a healthy boy.
Adoption details
We don’t require a formal application. We would like you to tell us about the home and lifestyle you can offer Toby ie. where do you live, who is in your family, what are their work hours. If you are full time workers, will Toby have the company of another dog?
