Lena

Little miss Lena is a purebred Australian Cattle Dog, 5 months old. She has the typical squat Cattle Dog build. She’s another of our Moree Poundies, unclaimed by her owner.

She’s happy, friendly, outgoing and playful and loves to socialise with big dogs and small ones. Lena’s great with people with not a shred of timidness about her.

Because of a knee injury to myself, I’m unable to walk too much, so Lena has her leash training beside the scooter and trots along nicely on a loose lead. She’s not a barky dog, and doesn’t make a sound during her playtime at our house, away from the kennels.

During her introduction to our cats, she was interested to the point of sniffing them, then ate their biscuits.

Lena is a good age to slot into and embrace her new home and family.

She’s in care with us at Moree, NSW. Moree has daily flights to Sydney and further afield. Dogmovers road transport is available each fortnight.
