Binky

Sadly Binky was given to us for rehoming by a family who are virtually having to walk off their drought stricken farm and find employment elsewhere. Life on the farm was tough towards the end, the children would catch Carp (introduced fish) and boil them up to feed the dogs. Binky was very thin with a dry, staring coat when she arrived.

She’s what’s known as a “Red Cloud” Kelpie, descended from the same line of Kelpies as the famous Red Dog.
A real sweetheart, a lovely, loyal girl, friendly towards people and other dogs, great with children - her previous family had children ranging from 6 - 16 years. Binky decided from the start that working stock was not for her and has been a family pet ever since.

She loves water and would love to live near a beach, river, lake, dog park or in a rural area. Residential living would be fine as well, particularly with another dog if you work more often than not. Her exercise requirements are only moderate.
