About Zelda
👸🏽 WHO WILL RESCUE PRINCESS ZELDA? 👸🏽
Zelda is such an adorable girl. She love, love, loves her people so much, this cute quirky lady will quickly win your heart.
Sadly Zelda’s previous family surrendered her to one of our partner vets, once she was diagnosed as a diabetic needing insulin. Diabetes treatment for cats is so simple, and low cost it’s a shame she was cast aside so quickly.
Zelda requires a needle under the skin (not in a vein or anything high tech & difficult) twice a day and that’s it. In a few short weeks of treatment she is so used to it she just lays down as soon as she sees her syringe!
Insulin is not expensive at all, and she requires a small dose so a vial will last for months. Syringes can be bought online in bulk for a few cents each.
Zelda is such a beautiful loving girl, with many years ahead of her yet! She loves a good snuggle & is a pro at bug hunting. All she needs is for someone to look past her minor medical needs, and you’ll be richly rewarded.
