Donks Adoption Pending

Donks is a very very good boy. He knows basic commands "sit and stay" he is very placid. Loves cuddles. He is such a beautiful dog and has so much love to give. He really is a special dog. No one has showed any interest in poor old donks even though he is a year old. Im anxious to rehome him as soon as possible as he is outside all day and night and he is lonely. He has a very loving personality. Donks is an extremely loyal dog and is looking for a life long companion. He would suit a family, active loving couple or single person who wants a loving dog as a companion and protector. Sadly, he was left without a home because of a relationship breakup and nearly ended up in the pound until i found him. A lovely nature and very loving. He just loves attention. It was difficult to get a photo without one of the children hugging him. Donks is a big sook. He is good inside the house and will lay next to you. He definitely needs to be with people and not left outside permanently. Donks has a great temperament and loves kids. He is smart, runs very fast and loves to play. He reminds me of a big scooby doo !!! donks is not a barker. He will only bark if there is an intruder. He loves walks. Donks loves being with his family/companion so he would get lonely if he was left outside continuously. However, he is also happy to laze away his day on his bed with a good bone. He is definitely easy to look after. Food, bone and love thats all he needs:)

donks is a good runner so joggers may enjoy donks too. He is good at running while you are cycling. My vet said he would have him in a flash and he has never said that before so donks is very special. Donks only fault is he is not great withother dogs. This is something that can be worked on.
