About Dustin
Hi There - it's SUPER PUP time!! My name is Dustin & I am super charged and always ready-to-go!! With my little legs and ginormous smile I am so full of beans and pure unadulterated love. I am absolutely MAD for it - I just want to sit in with you and pash all day long!!
I came to my foster carer looking this healthy and my carer thinks I was previously socialised as I am exceedingly friendly to everyone I meet and I LOVE to sit in laps!! I get on stupendously with my foster brother, a 2 year old staffy, and we are real tight!! We escaped once, we stuck together like glue, had the most amazing adventures until my foster carer got home from work and we were waiting by the front door. I am quite clever as I knew where home was and I never give in and chew the NIKE trainers like my foster brother does!! My favourite game is "phantom chasey" where I start being chased by my foster brother and when he gets tired and lies down - I continue to run around like a mad thing as if I'm still being chased. Doh! I am extremely well-behaved as I haven't had many accidents in the house and I don't dig or chew. I am not good with the heat so I don't need much exercise for my little bod and I must have buckets of water to drink. I do like to run around and play but I am quick to want to get back inside to the aircon!! It is hard to get a picture of me by myself because once I meet you, I love you instantly and am extremely loyal becoming your little shadow - I will always be with someone in my pictures. I follow my foster carer everywhere in the house even to the toilet!! You never know when she may need my super pup assistance. I am excellent with recall but that may be because I am already there, right by your side.
I use the doggy door well from the house and I do know the word "no". I am food orientated so I would be easy peasy to train. I am not food aggressive either as my foster brother often helps himself to my food bowl and I really don't mind. I haven't had any experience on lead yet but I've been in the car and was a good pup. I did once pee on my foster Mummy's vaccum cleaner when I first came to her home but I have learned that is not the right thing to do!! I'm especially cute when I tilt my head as I'm trying to understand what you mean!!
It is well researched that owning a pup like me could be SO good for kids even kids with learning difficulties. I would also suit an elderly couple who like to travel and I could be their loyal, adoring lapdog - I would love my name to appear on your caravan right next to yours!! I would suit any family environment especially households who already have animals as I like company so much.
