About Mighty
Hi There!!! Introducing.... (trumpet fanfare here, please) the mitey Miss Mighty Mouse!!! I am a uniquely radiant and sparkling mixed breed female pup. You would not believe the zest for life I have. I was found by the local Ranger, thoroughly neglected and covered head-to-toe in mites. I was SO itchy and scratchy and feeling pretty sorry for myself - my foster Mummy says she has never seen such a bad infestation as mine. SAFE has photoshopped my first photo so you can imagine what I'll look like when I'm better.
I was very quiet on my first night in my new foster home and then I have not looked back. I really came out of my shell and have stayed out ever since!! I have only been with my foster family for a week and you would not believe the progress I have made. I feel so much better and I am just overjoyed to be loved and have company. I am instantly your BFF - sticking right by your side and bringing you all my toys as I am SO keen to impress you and I absolutely ADORE everyone I meet!! I am definitely a Mighty Mouse - I have no idea how little my legs are as I jump up on the couch which takes a few attempts until I can get up there!! I LOVE all toys - I can entertain myself beautifully but I really love playing with my foster family. I have actually learned how to fetch already and will obediently bring everything back to you - I am quite clever to be learning so much already, so fast. I answer to my name and I love to fetch and play tug-of-war. I am doing well with my toilet training as long as I am taken outside quite regularly.
I am definitely "whacko for the smackos" food orientated so I would be a doddle to train. "Will do anything for food"!! My foster Mummy describes me as loving, playful, and spirited. Nothing keeps me down for long. I am very active but I do tire out, as a puppy does, and will wander over to my dog bed to nap, legs splayed as I regain my energy!! I would suit any family environment and I am working on my "alarm dog" woof! I have great hearing as I do bark when the postman delivers! My foster Mummy laughs when I am practising being tough as I bark at my reflection in the sliding doors or the turned off T.V screen. Doesn't she know I AM the Mighty Mouse?!!!
It's hard to know what size I'll be when I'm fully grown, but with my wee, short legs, it looks like I'll be on the smaller side of medium, and possibly even small!
If you have been thinking about adopting a pet, I am a fresh, new, blank canvas! I would make a gorgeous Easter surprise because my ears are just as big as any bunny rabbits out there!! I will need help with my training but I can guarantee I will change your lives for the best!!
I CAN FLY TO PERTH!
Flying for a few hours is very important for animals in remote locations, because it gives us the opportunity to be adopted. Talk to SAFE about flying me to you in Perth for around $150 airfare.
