About George
George is always happy!
Super sweet George loves all of the pats and cuddles you have to offer.
He prefers cuddles over food or play time! He is a very happy and smiley boy. His favourite place is with his people, going for walks and cuddles on the couch.
George loves everyone he meets and is extremely friendly. He has no problems with other dogs and from what we have seen, he likes their company and gets along well with them.
We would be extremely happy for George to find a special home where he will have a calm, desexed female dog of similar size and breed for him to spend his days and adventures with. Considering his breed, he will not be suited to a home where he will be alone for long periods of time. Staffordshire terriers can suffer from separation anxiety so having a canine pal will prevent any issues in the future.
George is a good boy who will do his best to please his special people. He knows basic commands like sit and no. He is still learning how to walk with a lead and excitement sometimes takes over. Once he calms down, he does better at listening. With regular walks and outings becoming part of George's regular routine, he will learn to settle and be in tune with what his humans are telling him.
In his foster home, George is invited inside to be included in his carer's activities. He is at his happiest when he is close to his family. George is toilet trained and will head to the door when he needs to go out. He is currently being offered a bed indoors overnight and will be extremely happy to be offered the same privilege when he heads to his new home
We are unsure of George's history. What we do know is he is incredibly loving and gentle. He can be quite timid around loud noises and he gets scared if you try to play fetch, or throw toys or treats to him.
He seems scared of toys especially squeaky ones so a calmer home with older children will be the best place for George.
He has not been around cats while he has been with us so we will be seeking a home with no cats for George
We would love to hear from you if you have a space in your home where George will be loved and adored and in return you will find yourself with a very loving and loyal companion.

Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
