Garfield

Garfield here! Although not chubby like the real Garfield, our personalities are quite similar in some ways! I am described as very affectionate and demanding of love and food, and am likely to become ruler of my new home in no time. Look at me though, I'm so handsome that you can't say no! I love attention, however sometimes I am unsure of certain situations and people if there is a lot going on. I am easy to handle and pick up, I sometimes nuzzle into you and grip onto your shoulder with my claws as to not fall or be put down on the floor. I have been unreactive to other cats here at the shelter, but this may change in a home environment. If I were to live with other animals, they would need to be feline friendly and a slow, controlled introduction be carried out. Older children may be considered depending on introductions here at the shelter. If your home is missing a furry friend, and you can offer me a life full of yummy food and cuddles, I would love to join your family!
