About Merritt - Meet me Saturday @Best Friends, Preston
Merritt (Merri) can be a little reserved on first meeting, but once he comes out of his shell he is such a snuggle bug! He loves to be patted from nose to tail and especially loves a good face rub. He will lay on your tummy and gaze lovingly into your eyes while you pat and cuddle him happily for hours. He is the perfect couch companion!
Merritt prefers a quieter, calmer environment, but once he feels confident and at home he will jump and play like the big kitten he is! He loves teasing his brother Acai and rolling around with him and he loves to play with toys.
Merritt is in care with his brother, Acai, and while they would love to go to a forever home together - we think he would be most happy in a single cat household and would be best suited to older kids, singles or couples.

The adoption fee includes de-sexing, micro-chip, current vaccination, flea and worm treatment while in care.
No known health issues.
Maneki Neko Cat Rescue would like to help ensure you and your new companion/s have a long and happy life together. Please be advised that if you should find that you are not a purrfect match, or if you need to rehome your new pet at any stage of its life, Maneki Neko Cat Rescue will take the cat back into care and find a new home.
Maneki Neko Cat Rescue provides a 7 day health warranty on all adoptions. Although all our cats and kittens are health checked prior to adoption, sometimes the stress of a new environment can upset their immune system.
