About Sherby ~ Kelpie X (on trial 13/4/19)
Are you after a happy, small medium dog who doesn’t dig, chew things or bark? Well little Sherby is your kinda dog. Sherby is a 12 month old Kelpie x.
His tan coat is so silky and he looks extremely handsome in his mint green collar and lead. He is a great inside dog, hardly sheds and will stay on his bed when told. He is very proud of himself when he sits and shakes hand on request.
Sherbs is great on lead, doesn’t pull, just happy to trot along in front enjoying the scenery. He prefers to take walks in a quiet spot, rather than the middle of a busy dog park. Sherby is a chillaxed dog if everyone is chilled around him and moving slowly.
Sherby being a Kelpie, gets very excited when anything or anyone runs and all he wants to do is herd them so he tends to nip in his excitement, so he is best living the quieter life. Someone knowing the breed could help him with some positive training to overcome this. This boy is smart and would love the stimulation of further training.
He is so chilled out, he is happy to lounge around all day hence not getting up to mischief. He really is a sweet boy who is always trying to please.
Sherbs would suit a family with older children over 12, an older couple or older single person. He currently lives with another dog who he loves to hang with but he doesn’t necessarily need a furry friend.
It’s sad to think he has been moved from pillar to post in his short 12 months of life so if you think you could give this little fella a break and offer him a quiet forever home please contact Michelle on 0423262133. Sherby is located in Newcastle area, NSW and is available for adoption interstate. You can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Sherby's adoption fee is $450 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.
