About Milo
Are you looking for unconditional love? If so, this very loving and affectionate boy is the one for you!
Milo came to SAFE Esperance as an owner surrender. He lives with other dogs in his foster home and gets on very well with them and loves to play and do zoomies around the yard. He was initially wary of the large female Greyhound but he has now realised that she is friendly and is very accepting of her. Milo was initially a little insecure in his foster home but now that he knows he is safe his confidence is growing daily. He will chase cats and small animals so wouldn't be suited to a home with either of these. He has been around children and gets on well with them but would be better suited to older children who can play with him.
Milo is housetrained and loves to go for rides in the car and play with his ball. He needs some training on his commands, as he only really knows 'sit' at present but his recall is really improving. He's a smart cookie, so some time spent working with him will reap rewards fairly quickly.
Milo loves human company and follows his carer everywhere showing total devotion, he loves a lap to curl up on!
Milo's ideal home will have a large secure yard for him to run around, a home where someone is there for most of the day and will include him in family activities. He needs a good walk every day and fun interaction with his human. Milo must be able to sleep inside at night - he would fret if shut outside.
If Milo sounds like the boy for you, please fill in an adoption application and we'll be in touch soon.
