About Pablo
Isn't pablo stunning? he has beautiful markings and a really interesting coat - it isn't quite short and it isn't quite scruffy - rather he has a mohawk of longer coarser hair along his spine. Pablo socialised with the other dogs in his foster home really well and avoided all trouble with them, never trying to dominate or cause any upset. He met a weimerana the other week, and was a little intimidated by the size. Every other small or medium dog, though, is just another prospective playmate in his eyes!
pablo can be a tad stubborn, especially if forced to do something, but he is gradually learning. He also is having some house training lessons. This boy needs a secure backyard and he loves to sneak out the front door if you don’t watch him, we’ve found that this behaviour changes once they realise they have plenty of walkies and company at home. He is really healthy little dog. We have also noticed that pablo doesn't like to be picked up or handled too much, despite loving a play and a cuddle, there is a point where he becomes noticeably uncomfortable. This may improve too as he becomes more used to being handled. One more thing. . . He has shown that he is an incredibly loyal dog, and after a few days he knew who his "master" was. Every time i get home, he cries and carries on as if i've been gone for a lifetime! it great to feel wanted!
