Cassie

Cassie knows her name now and listens so well, its as if she understands english. She is a people dog loves attention, very jealous of other dogs getting attention she pushes them, out of the way and gets overly excited to see you, loving to small dogs finds them fun and interesting. All cassie wants to do with the puppies is play although she is still learning how to play with such small things without hurting them, she is very loving to them. She now knows how to shake hands and would do anything for a mouthful of food. She is learning how to eat properly as she was starved for a while at her old home she eats without stopping for air, she is starting to improve on this. She walks like a dream on the lead with her halti headpiece they are $20 from lavington pet store and are a godsend for pulling dogs. She just wants hugs and attention, although when we are busy and cannot be with her she is fine for long periods alone. Cassie likes:

\ * food! (bones keep her occupied all day if your busy), her favourite morning activity is finding the biscuits in the grass takes her hours. * cuddles!
\ * sunbaking
* running alongside a bike or going for walks (she loves any kind of walk short or long she can handle it and be content, even if its just up the stops). * off lead sessions to get the mail from the letterbox (she is a great! listener and comes to her name every time has never run off). * chasing birds in the garden (not catching them just a fan of the chase). Dislikes:

\ * rabbits, guinea pigs and cats (cats are untested but i wouldn't trust her with one. Dogs and humans are her one and only passion). * humans (especially males) yelling or getting aggressive or nasty (gets terrified and tries to run for the hills or if there are no hill bury herself in my lap). Has never shown any kind of aggression not even when getting her massive needles she just acted like nothing was happening what a trooper. Cassie's tricks:

* sit on command every time
* shake hands
* go to her bed when told
* come
* stay
* laydown

cassie is so smart and is just longing to spend some time with someone who will adore and cherish her for who she is, a smart loyal intelligent being just wanting to be a part of a loving peaceful, supportive, positive family
