About Blaze
Meet little Blaze! She’s a little fire cracker. We have no idea what her breed is, the pound listed her as a Staghound x, but most people guess a Great Dane x with a hound of some description. She’s very sweet, and affectionate, when she’s not running around like a crazy puppy.
Blaze definitely needs ongoing training. But considering her age and her unknown history, she’s a very well behaved dog. She knows sit, and is learning all about manners when on a lead.
She lives with other dogs, and would definitely benefit to have another dog in her new home. She is house trained, but is used to being outside during the day. But is inside as part of the family and sleeps inside. This will need to continue for her.
She is quiet, but thinks she’s tough and like to alert you to something new going on. But happy to take the backseat, because she’s really not tough at all.
She travels well in the car. And loves playing with water. Will play in the sprinkler, the shell pool and often empties the dog bowl.
She hasn’t lived with kids since being in care, but is great with the ones she has meet. However she is still working on he manners when she’s excited. As she forgets sometimes and will jump.
Attached is a video of her playing with her best friend in foster care, Juno. Who is also available for adoption.
Please note. This dog is only listed as available for interstate due to living on the NSW / Vic border. They will not be placed on transport to be rehomed.
