Perfect Penny! No other way to describe this adorable lady who just loves to love and be loved.

“Winnie-Penny” - to her fur foster-sisters – is a senior female looking for a forever home to call her own for the duration of her time on four paws. Making no secrets, Winnie-Penny is approximately 13-14 years old, has lived her hey day and now wants to quieten down with somewhere to sleep (preferably inside), daily dinner and human/s she can love and that will love her. She wants to please, she may be mature in age but that tail can still wag as good as the rest of them.

With age comes experience and so nothing phases this girl! Noise, people, children, cars, cats – Winnie-Penny will take it all in her stride. Her stride may be slow, she still wants and needs walks just not long or hot walks, just a bit of time to smell the roses. She will try and frolic about the park with the other dogs and just stop when she’s had enough then be happy to watch. In fact, with kind words and pats, she will sit and watch life forever contented and happy. This girl does not have a bad day, she just trundles along merrily. She is suited with other dogs, kids, singles, families – truly nothing phases her – she just wants company without being clingy.

Being old school, she took to toilet training like a star, learns routines quickly, sits for food and simply wants to please. Penny would be happy with company, whether that’s other fur company or humans, she thrives with attention but does not need constant stimulation.

Old and bold she ambles about with a slow but steady walk, has been de-sexed, microchipped, wormed, vet checked and aside from a slight heart murmur is a good as gold. Winnie-Penny has had her major dental, sports a glossy soft coat, has beagle smarts, a beagle voice and most importantly of all, beagle loyalty.
