Blocka ~ English Staffy (on trial 29/3/19)

Calling all Staffy lovers! This handsome boy is Blocka. He is a 7 year old English Staffordshire Bull Terrier who is the most gentle, loving boy. He is a medium sized dog and weighs around 20kg. We are currently looking for a foster carer or a forever home for Blocka to go to as his owners are moving and only have a short amount of time left.

Blocka is trained and knows how to sit, stay and come. He is low energy and spends most of his day laying around the backyard. While he does love a walk and to go to the beach, he is enjoying the quiet life in his older years so won’t need a lot of exercise. He doesn’t dig or jump but is very afraid of thunderstorms and as such will need secure high fencing to keep him safe. Blocka is very quiet and will not bark unless there is an intruder.

Blocka would be the ideal companion for someone who is home most of the time as he is very people orientated. He would love to spend his days getting cuddles and pats from his family and shadowing them around the house. Blocka would make a fantastic family dog and is great with children, having lived with children as young as 2. Blocka is also dog social so would alternately suit a home with another dog for company. He has interacted regularly with small dogs and is gentle with all dogs he has interacted with. He is not however suited to a home with cats.

This boy has the most loveable nature and adores everyone he comes into contact with. While Blocka has lived outside his whole life, he would love the opportunity to be inside with his family and to curl up next to them on the couch or at the end of their bed. Being that he is food orientated and eager to please, toilet training wouldn’t take long for him to master.

Blocka’s adoption fee is $250 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.
