About Leonard
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
I am a healthy, happy and friendly young kitten who is looking for a forever home. I am a stunning young man with a white body covered in cool ginger splotches.
I'm a typical kitten. My day consists of a lot of napping, play times with my siblings, where I am learning my 'hunting' skills (I've just learned how to pounce!) and my social skills. My mum is currently weening me onto cat food, so I'm nibbling on wet and dry cat food, while continuing to drink at mum's milk bar. I love it when my carer comes to visit and will come running over to her for pats. She picks me up lots and I'm totally ok with that. I climbing up the cat trees and have already mastered using the litter tray.
I am still in care with my mum and litter, growing and learning my social skills, and will be ready to go to my new home mid-May. My carer is looking to lock in my new family now so that they can start to get to know me from the beginning. She will give them lots of updates and photos, and will allow extra visits as I grow.
My adoption fee is $200, for which I come desexed, vaccinated, vet checked, microchipped, litter trained, flea and work treated.

My Ideal Home:
I'm a young, friendly, social kitten who will fit in to pretty much any home.
In line HAR policy, my new family will need to be committed to keeping me indoor only, for both my safety and that of the local wildlife. This is especially important to me, as my fair features put me at risk of skin cancer, if I spend time outside - lazing around sunny windowsills won't be a problem ;-)
What is Known About My Background:
My mum was rescued from the RSPCA while pregnant and a day later, my sister, brothers and I entered the world. We don't know how mum ended up in the RSPCA but she is friendly and social, so was someone's pet a t some stage. She has done an amazing job raising us to be happy and friendly kittens.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
I am in care with my mum, sister and brothers. We all get along fabulously (maybe you'd like to adopt two of us together?).
I am yet to meet other cats or dogs, but being young and social, with thoughtful introduction I should fit in with any family.
I don't live with any kids, but have some that come and visit regularly and so I am used to them and their energy. Supervision will be needed with younger children to keep my safe. However, I will be fine in a family with kids.
