About Peggy
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
I am a young, friendly and social cat, who is currently raising my 5 kittens and would then like to go to a loving forever home.
I am a laid back and friendly cat. As my kittens get older, more and more of my personality is starting to come out. I love to be around my carer when she is home and will jump up and sit next to her on the lounge. I love my food and stare at her while she eats, in the hopes I might score myself a treat. I am not a fussy eater and eat both wet and dry food.
I'm a stunning calico cat, meaning that I am white with ginger and black markings. I have a cool unique pattern which sets us calicos apart. I have beautiful big eyes which I exploit at all chances to get extra pats and treats.
I have a particularly chilled out personality and am generally happy being around my carer and napping around the house. I use the scratching posts provided and leave the furniture alone.
My adoption fee is $150, for which I come litter trained, vet checked, vaccinated, desexed, microchipped, and flea and worm treated. I am currently finishing raising my kittens and should be ready for my new home mid-April. I would love to know who it is now, so I can leave and start my area, life as soon as possible.

My Ideal Home:
I am easy going and would fit into pretty much any home. Being a bit more mature, I am fine being left at home alone during the day (my carer works full time). When my carer is home, I love spending time with her.
In line with HAR policy, my new family needs to commit to keeping me as an indoor only cat, for both my safety and that of the wildlife.
What is Known About My Background:
I was rescued from the RSPCA while pregnant and after being in care for only a day, brought my 5 beautiful kittens into the world. My carer doesn't know how I ended up in the RSPCA, but I am gentle, social and friendly, so I have clearly been a loved family pet at some stage of my life.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
I am in care with my kittens and needless to say, we all get on fabulously. The are also looking for their forever homes and have profiles on the website, maybe you could adopt one of them with me?
While I have not met any dogs since bing in care, I have met the resident cat, who is not friendly, on a couple of occasions. I did not react her her hisses and as such, my foster mum thinks that with thoughtful introduction I would be fine with other cats or dogs.
I have met kids while in care and have been fine with them. I am patient and gentle. If I need some space, I just take myself away to have a nap by myself.
