About Roger
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
Hey! My name is Roger but my foster parents call me Roger Ramjet and I am the funniest little guy - you should see me play! I know I have a pretty special looking little face (as well as being verrrrry handsome) but I am the life of the party! I love to play and tumble with toys along with my foster siblings, but when I want to cuddle I am such a little snuggly lap cat. I really do love a good pat.
My Ideal Home:
Somewhere I can run around to my hearts content would be just perfect! I think I'd enjoy an energetic household (maybe kids, as long as they like the idea of a boisterous kitten joining their family!). If you have other animals (cats or dogs) I think I would get along with them very well after the initial meet and greet is over.
What is Known About My Background:
I was surrendered to a local animal shelter with a beautiful little ginger girl kitten named Goldie (who is my foster sister) and then we came into care with Hunter Animal Rescue.
Adoption details
Applicants will be required to complete and submit an Adoption form from https://www.hunteranimalrescue.com.au
HAR uses the details in this form to select the most appropriate family for our animals. This form allows us to get to know you, your home, your family, lifestyle and level of experience with pets.
Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.
HAR Adoption Process
1- Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2- If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3- If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.
