About Angie
Beautiful Angie is looking for her special forever home. Angie is a Shar Pei x Husky born on 12th February, 2016.
Angie is a very affectionate and loving girl. She can be a little shy when first meeting new people, however once she knows that you are her friend, her whole personality changes and she shows her playful side.
She gets along well with most other dogs (and previously lived with 2 other dogs), however as she can be a little timid, she would prefer a slow introduction when meeting new doggy friends. To help with her continued socialisation and training, we have included 3 x free training lessons in her adoption fee with thanks to Wyong Dog Training.
Angie shows no signs of seperation anxiety and no signs of food aggression with people, however if she is to be rehomed with another dog in residence, she will need to be fed seperately. At this stage she does not really like to share her food, but this could be a direct result of her past. While we cannot guarantee it, this could change once in a home environment where she knows she is safe.
Angie has not been so lucky in her life so far and she is looking for a family who will love her forever. She is currently suffering from some hair loss and she is quite underweight - although both of these issues are being rectified and now all she needs is a family to call her own.
She does not seem to be bothered by the presence of cats and pocket pets and with a proper introduction could be rehomed with cats and pocket pets in residence.
Angie enjoys being an outside dog, but of course loves to come inside for snuggles and interaction with the family. There is no need to worry about accidents - Angie is housetrained.
Angie truly is an absolute delight and you will always know you are loved. She is looking for a family who are prepared to be patient with her while she learns that she has found her happy ever after and she will always be cared for. Once she has settled in, she will make an awesome companion for the right family. She is a stunning girl who would love to be in a home where she is included as a member of the family and is involved in the day to day activities. Angie will thrive in an environment that guides her with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
This incredibly beautiful young lady will make a loyal companion and wonderful addition to a lucky family.
Angie's adoption fee is $450 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. Angie is also regularly treated for flea and worms.
To enquire more or to meet Angie, please drop in to the facility or call 02 43044350 or email gosfordpound@gmail.com and speak to one of our friendly staff.
Angie is looking forward to meeting you.
Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
