Hi everyone my name is Portia. It wasn't long after coming to the RSPCA before the staff here realised I had some puppies on the way! I have done a wonderful job raising them and they have all found their forever homes so now its my turn!

The staff here say that I am a very friendly and confident girl with a lovely nature. I am very much a people dog and prefer the company of humans over other dogs. I will enjoy getting out and about with my new family but they must avoid busy dog parks and beaches as I am just not social enough with other dogs and would not be comfortable in places like this. I may be able to have a doggy friend or 2 down the track but they would need to be the right match and things would need to be taken very slowly.

I will need lots of things to keep me busy throughout the day such as food puzzle toys Kong's and maybe even my own sand pit.

I must be the only dog in my new home.
I could potentially live with calm children pending a family meet.
