About Wonderful Wally
Meet Wonderful Wally!
This beautiful boy is a 6 year old pure bred Golden Retriever. He weighs about 40KG so is a VERY handsome gentle giant.
He is in foster care with us while he learns how to be a loved family member as he is a retired breeding dog.
What I can tell you already about this gorgeous boy....
💋 He loves people
🐶 He loves dogs
💓 He loves cuddles
🌸 He loves our garden (sniffing flowers is a fave past time)
🛋 He loves our couch
😢 He needs a really gentle and kind human/s to show him love. He has had some poor human interaction experiences previously so no yelling or hand raising or scary voices, gentle gentle is the best style to use with him.
😢 He needs you around - leaving home alone all day would make him sad. He is very dependent on humans to show him the ropes & he likes to be near you. His ideal home would be with someone who works part time or works from home.
Some important things to know:
✅ Wally must go to a home with another friendly dog, preferably medium sized upwards. He likes playing with our Cocker spaniel 💓
✅ He must have a yard/garden. Apartment living won’t suit him
✅ He must be allowed inside during the day (he likes an inside/outside “open door” policy!) and be allowed to sleep inside at night
✅ He needs to be loved and adored from a very kind and caring human/s who will show him patience and endless amounts of love.
Everyone who meets this boy literally falls in love with him - he is an absolute gem of a dog. His new family will be very lucky 🍀
