About Tilly ~ Kelpie x (on trial 19/5/19)
Tilly is a 1 year old Kelpie x who is such a sweetie. Tilly gets along well with other dogs and absolutely loves a wrestle and to play fetch with the other 2 medium sized dogs she is currently living with. She would especially love a home with another friendly dog of any size or breed however an older dog who doesn’t like to play may get annoyed with Tilly’s outgoing personality. She is good with small children and had been tested with a cat and there were no issues. Tilly is also super affectionate and loves a cuddle on the lounge or wherever she is allowed.
Tilly is quite small for her breed however she is still an active breed and quite young so will need someone who has the time to play with her as she loves people, preferably a household where someone doesn’t work full time or will allow her to be around them when they are home eg be able to come inside/sleep inside near her human family.
Tilly is toilet trained, can sit, come back and is learning more commands. She can walk well on a lead by herself although can compete to get ahead when walking with another dog which can result in some pulling but she is sill learning.
Tilly doesn’t bark constantly although can become a little stressed and try escape if left alone for long periods. She will need a yard with fencing at least 5 ft and fences she cannot dig under.
This beautiful girl needs a special family to continue to make her feel safe and loved.
