Hey hey, Simba here and I'm looking for a forever home.
I'm not a young lad anymore but there is still plenty of life in this fella yet. Once I find the right home and feel comfortable I will sit on your lap and I'll enjoy snuggles, however I don't give my heart or trust away easily. I'm a cautious guy who isn't fond of change. Can I be honest? A new home is pretty terrifying for me and I will hide. Don't worry, I'll eat, drink & use my litter tray when everyone is out or asleep, but in the beginning it's extremely scary for me. Once I am feeling safe (this may take weeks) then I'll slowly come out to meet my family and share my heart.
Trust me, I'm worth the wait. I just need someone with a little patience.

Human kids aren't too bad. There are a couple who live in my foster home but they aren't really little. They know not to chase me or pick me up unless I am settled and comfortable.
Kittens & other cats, hmmmm well it depends. The little ones are a bit too energetic for me. I like to be the man of the house so if I have to share my forever with another feline, I'd rather it not be another strong personality.

I'd have to say though, my ideal home would be a pretty chilled place. I don't mind if my new slave, ahem..... "owner" heads to work or is home all day long. I just really need someone with patience because the transition is very intimidating for me. But I guarantee, I'm worth the time and will purr, love and even follow you around if you give me a chance xx
