India

India is a beautiful little girl who reminds me of a tiny deer or gazelle. She has the longest legs ever!
She has come into care fully toilet trained, and has made herself very much at home in my house. It only took her a few attempts to figure out the doggie door, and now she comes and goes as she wishes. Her favourite thing to do in all the world is to be near me! It doesn’t matter what I’m doing.....India wants to be right there with me. She loves to snuggle on your lap, but is also happy to be in her little dog bed too. Just as long as I’m nearby.
She has made friends with the other dogs here, but is quite timid around them, and MUCH prefers the company of humans (she used to sleep on her previous owners sons bed, and is wonderful around children)
India needs her new home to have someone home most of the time. She also needs a secure yard with maybe colourbond fencing, as she has been known to scale low wire fencing.
She is learning to walk on leash and is progressing well. She would love to enrol in Puppy school.
