About Beau DL2158
Little Beau has grown up on a farm with other dogs, horses, chickens and pigs.
Due to his age, Beau does have cataracts, but that doesn’t stop him from getting around. He loves to have a snuggle with people he knows, but can become very protective of them, and so is looking for a dog savvy owner without children.
He could go with a chilled out dog, and needs people who are home more often.
If you’d like to help Beau into a loving forever foster home, please don’t hesitate to email DFL today to apply.
Medical notes
Grade 5 heart murmur, requiring medication. A senior dog, Beau will be a forever foster with our rescue. He will remain in the care of DFL and our vets, while we cover any necessary medical costs and medications. We’re looking for someone who will provide a loving home to keep Beau comfortable until it is his time.
Adoption details
FOREVER FOSTER:
Forever Foster dogs remain in the ownership of DFL, while living with a foster carer permanently. There is no adoption fee involved in caring for a forever foster.
1. Email DFLrescue@gmail.com to contact our Foster Team & we will send you a foster application form to return.
2. Foster care applicants will then have a volunteer home visit & fence check, and a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer/rescue representative, before commencing Forever Foster care.
Sorry we can’t take calls, as our rescue is run entirely by volunteers, but we endeavour to respond to your email as soon as possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
