Beautiful Barty is searching for a loving home to call his own.
This little man is affectionate, cuddly...and very loyal once you have gained his trust.
He is very friendly to all women and children he meets but can be hesitant and wary of some men..he tends to shy away if unsure.
Barty loves human company and couch cuddles.

He's a clever little man who learns quickly and although he will benefit from further training he has already come a long way. He is responsive to affection, praise, consistency and treats.

Although Barty adores his little terrier foster brother he can be frightened of bigger dogs as we think he may not have been socialised properly and so will be snappy with fear if they approach too closely. He has improved whilst being in foster care but Barty will definitely need more training in this area to gain his confidence and to feel safe. He loves his walks but would prefer to spend his walking time away from the stress of other dogs to begin with.

Barty is fully house trained and although he gets very excited to see you he is a quiet little guy who rarely barks.
He's a happy traveller in the car and is beginning to learn about toys. He also gets excited by and loves to chase birds.

Whilst Barty loves children of all ages he may not be suited to toddlers as he tends to jump with excitement.

Barty is now ready for his happily ever after forever home. Will that be with you?
