About Abby - Available for Pre-Adoption
Hi, my name is Abby! I am the happiest little girl you’ll ever meet. I just love life, my tail wags all day long. I love a cuddle first thing in the morning, after all it’s been ages since I saw you last and I really missed you. But please don’t hold on to me for too long because I’ve been sleeping all night long and I need to stretch my legs and have a big run around and use up all my energy. I’m trying really hard to only go to the toilet outside and I’m getting really good at holding on until you have a chance to take me out. I can sit and lay down sometimes but I have a lot of things I want to do so sometimes I get distracted and forgot what you asked me to do, be patient with me, I’m still learning. If you call my name I will come running, no matter what! I like to savour my food so please don’t rush me or make me share. I love to play with toys or other dogs, I get on really well with other dogs but sometimes I try to make up for my lack of size by being a bit rough, I just need a quick remind to play gentle. If you are looking for a happy, energetic family dog I’m your girl.
Adoption details
To enquire about an animal available for adoption, please contact us via Facebook or send an email to bellevieanimalrescue@gmail.com. We will respond within 48 hours and send a questionnaire for you to complete.
Applications are not approved on a first in, best dressed basis, rather we will assess on your suitability. Should we believe that the animal you have applied for may not suit your home or lifestyle, we will work with you until we find your perfect match.
Upon approval of your application, we will organise a mutually convenient time and location to do the meet and greet. If the meet is successful, there will be an adoption contract to complete and sign and the full adoption amount is required unless previously organised with Belle Vie Animal Rescue. Your adoption pack will include a copy of the contract for you, all vet work and a microchip change of ownership form, which will be filled out and submitted by BVAR at the end of the adoption trial.
