Hi, I'm Yoda!
I'm a clever little boy looking for my forever home.
I pick up things so quickly as I'm eager to please and do love a treat. I love to play with my toys - tug of war and fetch.
My favourite place to be is with you - at your feet - or snuggled on the couch next to you. A belly scratch sends me to sleep.

I am still very nervous around strangers, knocks on the door still frighten me and I can bark. But with training, I am getting better each day. When people and dogs approach me, I'm also anxious, so I'm learning to relax.

I'm getting used to being outside, but prefer to be in with you. I am toilet trained and will let you know if I need to go. Currently I live with adults and an old Staffy, and it took me a little while to feel safe with them. I still get anxious and jealous around my sibling, but am improving everyday. We walk together and sleep next to each other but only after a week or two.

I would be suited to a single pet family, but potentially could share if I had a very tolerant sibling/s and parents who could train me. I am not for first time dog owners.

I will need a secure back yard - at a quiet household and will be best with older kids only. I'm untested with cats. I'm great in the car and at the park, and sleep wherever I'm told.

With a little patience and some comfort, I will become the your loyal, loving best friend. I just want to be part of the family. It will take time for me to get used to my new family as I have had a rough ride, but once I become part of the furniture, I am the best thing to come home to!
