About Mao
"Hello! My name is Mao. I am looking for my new forever home, could it be with you? I came to the RSPCA as a stray, and I would really like for my next home to be the purr-fect one for me. I am a little shy of new people, and take some time to warm up, however, once I know you I am very happy to be patted! I absolutely love to play! I love wand toys, and am getting acquainted with other sorts of toys too, such as ping pong balls and soft toys. I would be best suited to a home comprised of older people that have some cat experience, so that I feel comfortable and safe in my new environment. I would prefer to be an only pet, as I can be quite shy and reserved, however, I have not had the opportunity to see other cats at the shelter, so I am not sure how I would react. If you have another feline friendly cat, I may be able to fit into your family, as long as my introduction to your resident cat is slow and controlled. If you think you might be the one for me, I would love to meet you and show you all my toys! See you soon!" *Please Note* Mao is currently on a course of medication for cat flu, and she has a medical waiver for allergies. Please feel free to contact us if you would like more information.
